Organic certifications
What makes a great organic product ?
We all heard one day the saying: no pain no gain, but this does not mean that it is necessary to use products who’s harmful for the environment and the body when it comes to cleaning and hydration.
Every day we use products to take care of our skin, our hair, our body and our face, but what do we know exactly about the ingredients they contain?
First, be aware that a cosmetic product containing natural ingredients is not necessarily organic. To be considered as organic, our products have to be certified with labels that ensure that:

the products exclude products derived from the petrochemical industry like paraffin and silicone-free

are without dyes or synthetic fragrances or preservative like paraben, phenoxyethanol.

Using organic products developed a state of mind that allows us to take care of Mother Earth, the environment and especially our health.
This is probably why currently about 20% of the cosmetic products purchased online are organic.
More and more aspects of daily life are affected by the organic trend. This organic trend is the result of a collective awareness and a return to the sources. At Moroccan Hammam we are proud to assist you in this process through our products and advices.
The main source of components for conventional cosmetic products comes from the petrochemical industry. Instead, the Moroccan Hammam product does not contain preservatives, synthetic dyes or perfumes.
Our greatest asset in the manufacture of cosmetic products is Mother Earth herself. We use only natural ingredients. The advantage is therefore not only for the environment, it is also for your whole body.
Organic cosmetics: organic certification
By purchasing Moroccan Hammam products we assure you that you choose real organic products and you can be sure of its components.
To offer such a guarantee, nothing better than an independent label approved by the state that controls the definition of so-called organic products in France and in Canada. The leading agency that ensures ecological compliance for the origin of the raw materials is Ecocert.
Traditional cosmetics contain more than 6,000 ingredients in their composition, but not more than 250 are authorized by Ecocert to be labelled as organic product.
To obtain the certifications, 95% of the ingredients must be of natural origin and the remaining 5% must be part of a short list allowing 5 conservatives tolerated by Ecocert.
Why choose organic cosmetic products?
Some organic cosmetic products have the bad reputation of not being as efficient as traditional cosmetics, but the Moroccan Hammam products have nothing to envy them.
The effectiveness of a quality organic cosmetic product is greater than a classic cosmetic care. Generally, organic care contains approximately 7 times more active ingredients than a classical treatment not meeting the criteria of organic production. Organic cosmetics are for all types of skin, even the most sensitive and the most reactive skins.
If you have ever tried organic products formerly and the results were not up to your expectations, try Moroccan Hammam and you might be pleasantly surprised!
